This 56 year old runner developed a few faulty recruitment patterns and losing his lower abdominals was part of that. This is an advanced lower abdominal exercise that should not be tried until first being assessed correctly of proper TVA activation and corrective breathing.
Knowing where the problem is being caused by allows us to know how to fix it. That's why we start everyone with a proper posture assessment as well as diet, breathing, stress load, and emotional well-being.

The real food guide pyramid we should be followingA picture here speaks 1,000 words. Compare this to the conventional (General Mills Corp Food Guide) which asks you to consume a truck load of grains as its' foundation of the pyramid.
